Breakfast: 2 eggs and Sausage

Lunch: Nothing

Dinner: 2 Stuffed peppers

Snack: a spoonfull of Peanut Butter
some Pepperoni
some popcorn

Drink: 8 glasses of water
1 glass of Diet Sprite

Phase 2 tomorrow.

Lunch: 4 wings

Dinner: 4 wings

Snacks: a spoon of peanut butter

Drink: 10 glasses of water

Day 5

Breakfast: NONE

Lunch: 4 chicken wings

Dinner: No Dough Chicken Mariachi Pizza

Snack: Handfull of Pepperoni, and a Spoon Full of Peanut butter

Drink: 11 glasses of water

Excercise: 6 hours of work, no REAL excercise.

Day 4

Breakfast:
a sugar free jello

Lunch: a LARGE plate of salad

Dinner: Two Bowls of Chili

Snacks:
Pepperoni (about a handfull)
a sugar free jello (seperate from Breakfast)

Drink:
9 glasses of Water

Excercise:
none really... I mean I shot around for like 10min but nothing that made me sweat or feal tired. So NONE for today.

Day 3

First off how I feel. Groggy, Tired, My legs have been asleep ALL DAY, inanement objects keep talking to me, my body keeps yelling at me saying, "GIVE ME CARBS." And I just yell back, "Make me LOSE WEIGHT."

Alright now to my eats for today.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
1 piece of sausage

Lunch:
a salad with Salsa instead of dressing

Dinner:
a low carb tortilla sub (my own creation)

Snacks:
a sugar free jello cup
a tea spoon of peanut butter
a small bowl of celery

Drink
10 glasses of water

Excercise
10min of shooting around
6 hours of work
25 sit ups

Thats all for today.
